澳洲食品進口知識—加強篇 IV—雞鴨脖，雞鴨翅，豬蹄等家禽類豬類進口條件
概述：

肉制品的進口到澳洲，基本都需要申請許可，澳洲華人對于國內的雞鴨脖，雞鴨腳和豬蹄類尤其喜愛，這些家禽類和豬類產品現在都是可以合法進口到澳洲的，只要滿足相關進口條件。對于牛羊類，因為中國是口蹄疫國家，這些產品無法進口至澳洲，政府的許可也是不發放的，進口商也就沒有必要去申請。
 
基本要求：

產品需要符合規定：
產品必須是retortedgoods ( 高溫制成品)   ,retorted是指食品在高溫(超過100度)加工后，產品處于密封狀態，在室溫下（無需冷藏）可以長期保存（最少六個月）。簡單的真空包裝不是retorted. 可以接受的包裝有:金屬罐，塑料罐，玻璃罐，金屬塑料包裝袋（例如：鋁箔內層帶有塑料外膜，觸摸會有金屬包裝感，無需冷藏）。下面的兩個圖片，左面的是retortedpackaging,  右面的就不是了

申請許可方法：
申請許可的過程并不繁瑣，只需要按照下面的鏈接就可以申請，政府需要進口商注冊，然后網上付款。

申請許可費用和時間：
申請許可政府規定是兩個月審核時間，有可能提前，要看政府的工作量，費用是300澳幣左右，有效期是兩年。

進口文件要求：

許可上會規定產品的進口條件，主要就是每次發貨，海外政府（中國的進出口檢疫局）要出一份產品健康證明( Health Certificate ) . 

健康證明( Health Certificate ) 上面要有以下內容：
1.      The product does not contain any bovine derivedmaterial (other than dairy ingredients, gelatin and/or collagen derived fromhides and skins),
2.      The product does not contain any ovine orcaprine derived material (other than dairy ingredients)
3.      A statement that the final product has beenretorted, and during the retorting process the product was heated to a minimumcore temperature of 100 °C, obtaining an F0 value of at least 2.8.
4.      A statement that the final product is importedin the hermetically sealed (airtight)container in which it was retorted. The hermetically sealed container isstamped or embossed with a permanent mark with:  
the identification number of themanufacturing establishment
the batch code
 
（簡單翻譯過來就是：產品里面不含牛成分，羊成分，產品有經過高溫加工，達到最少100度，得到消毒值最少2.8，產品處于密封裝，有產家標識和生產批號）
再強調一點，健康證明( Health Certificate ) 需要有consignment link ( 發票號碼或者集裝箱號碼)
有了許可和合乎規定的健康證明，上述產品就可以直接清關，無需驗貨。
